Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Overview:

• Multiple positions. Some positions may require travel.

LCSW position

• Provide services within the scope of the clinical privileges granted by the commanding officer,the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following:
• Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations in patient's medical record in no less than 24 hours after the patient is seen.
• Not exceed approximately 16 sessions per day to include individual and group appointments.
• Participate in group medical appointments including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop in Group Medical Appointments (DIGMA) as requested by the PCM.
• Provide technical direction and clinical insight into relevant projects being conducted at the site of service.

LCSW Case Manager position

• Provide services within the scope of the clinical privileges granted by the commanding officer,the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following:
• Branch Health Clinic (BHC) providers may request assistance from NHC Patuxent River Case Managers via referral request, email, or phone.
• Case management services provided to BHC staff and enrollees will be supportive and consultative in nature, with the Case Manager's primary role to facilitate and enhance continuity of care and needed services for BHCs enrollees and their families.
• BHC staff will maintain primary responsibility for the patient's care and ensuring necessary services are obtained.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Case Manager Job Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• LCSW Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license. Any US state.

LCSW Position

• One year of experience within the last four years in the evaluation and treatment of patients who have pain, psychological factors affecting their physical condition, or difficulty coping with medical problems.

LCSW CM Position

• One year experience within the past two years in a comparable role

Position contingent on contract award with an anticipated Fall start and award notice.
