Looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
This opportunity is with a clinic-based health network in NYC, on Long Island and throughout the Hudson Valley of NY. They strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual.
Some additional details about the medical group/practice:
- The parent company/network has 160 providers in 30 locations in NY
- Part of a Psych/ Behavioral Health practice with 13 locations in NYC (all 5 boroughs) that currently has 80 providers
- 2nd largest FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) in the US and the largest in NY
- For EMR/record keeping use EPIC and Sync Time
- Provide the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventive, behavioral and oral health care and care coordination services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay
