Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a Health Center on Long Island!

Details:

This network of health centers provides comprehensive primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable populations. They are a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center with locations throughout Long Island, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley.

The LCSW will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, bio psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group counseling services to patients, partners, caregivers, and family members.

Requirements:

  • Master's of Social Work
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of NY
  • At least 5 years of Social Work experience
