Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - BHOP Job Overview

  • Behavioral Health Optimization Program
  • Use medical and mental health diagnoses and treatment procedures. This includes acute, chronic and traumatic illnesses/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology.
  • Conducts patient care in a primary care setting and adhere to a primary care behavioral health model.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - BHOP Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Minimum of 24 months experience within the last 36 months in the same specialty outlined
  • LCSW Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted. Any U.S. state honored.
  • BLS
