Job Description

Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed at a top health system in rural CA

Job Summary: Responsible for assuring Social Worker (MSW) and Social Worker Aide are providing professional social work intervention to District patients and their families on inpatient and outpatient units, including Home Health and Hospice. Responsible for assuring that social worker services are in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Provides supervision to all District Social Services staff.

Department: Home Health/Hospice

Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
