Job Description
Job Title: ACT Supervisor (LMSW) needed in the greater Detroit, MI area
Therapist needed, Must have a Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling to be considered.
Compensation: $36.31 – $49.13 per hour (Based on license type and experience)
Schedule: Mon-Thu (8:30a–7:00p), Fri (8:30a–5:00p). Includes after-hours crisis support as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team of advocates, nurses, and peer support specialists.
This role blends administrative leadership with direct clinical service, ensuring our participants receive high-fidelity ACT care that unlocks their full potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Team: Oversee the administrative and clinical functions of the ACT program.
- Direct Care: Participate in the delivery of direct services to participants and their families.
- Ensure Fidelity: Maintain high standards for ACT model fidelity and engagement.
- Crisis Support: Provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support staff and clients.
- Collaborate: Work closely with community members, agency staff, and diverse client populations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Licensure: Full Michigan LMSW is required. (Limited licenses cannot be considered at this time).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience treating adults with serious mental illness (SMI).
- Certifications:
- Must meet QMHP criteria within 120 days of hire.
- Must hold a CAADC credential or be eligible for a development plan through MCBAP within 30 days.
- Willingness to obtain Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) status.
- Citizenship: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Background working within a Community Mental Health (CMH) setting.
- Prior experience specifically within an ACT team model.
