We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Clinical Supervisor in Freehold, New Jersey who wants leadership growth, meaningful impact, and income stability in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You’ll step into a full-time outpatient leadership role focused on supervising clinicians, guiding complex cases, ensuring documentation compliance, and maintaining a manageable caseload of approximately 20 clients. You’ll have autonomy while working alongside an engaged leadership team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $110,000 salary
