Position Highlights:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM & 1:30 PM–8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM & 1:30 PM–5:00 PM
• Average of 7–8 patients per day
• Work at a multidisciplinary community health center serving underserved populations
• Comprehensive care environment including integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services
• 14 exam rooms and 10 private offices within the main clinic

• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $65,000 – $82,000

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current LCSW license or eligibility in the state of Colorado
• Must hold or be eligible for Colorado licensure
• Expertise in outpatient mental health services, patient-centered care, and behavioral health integration
• Open to a range of experience levels; community health experience preferred
• Visa sponsorship available
