Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Colorado Springs, CO
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM & 1:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM & 1:30 PM–5:00 PM
- Average of 7–8 patients per day
- Work at a multidisciplinary community health center serving underserved populations
- Comprehensive care environment including integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services
- 14 exam rooms and 10 private offices within the main clinic
- Supportive, mission-focused organization
- No on-call responsibilities
- Federally Qualified Health Center with deep community roots
- Collaborative team of providers committed to accessible, quality care
- CME allowance and paid CME time
- Paid membership in up to three professional societies
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $65,000 – $82,000
- Profit-sharing incentive included
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current LCSW license or eligibility in the state of Colorado
- Must hold or be eligible for Colorado licensure
- Expertise in outpatient mental health services, patient-centered care, and behavioral health integration
- Open to a range of experience levels; community health experience preferred
- Visa sponsorship available
