Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – $10K Bonus

Shift Details

• Four 10-hour days per week (schedule flexibility)

• Average 8–10 patients per day

• 1:8 call rotation, phone coverage only

• Full-time, permanent

Compensation and Benefits

• $10,000 commencement bonus

• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions + paid CME time

Your Role

• Conduct patient assessments, provide therapy, and manage care plans

• Collaborate with primary care providers and clinic staff

• Support behavioral health integration and population health initiatives

• Educate patients and families on coping strategies and mental wellness

• Maintain documentation in Epic EMR system
