Shift Details

• Day shifts: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (8 hours)

• Some evening or weekend hours required

• On-call responsibilities as needed for crisis response

Your Role

• Provide screening, assessment, and crisis intervention via telehealth and in-person

• Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive treatment settings

• Deliver transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination services

• Respond to crisis calls in coordination with local police departments

• Engage adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders and their families

• Assist with ongoing mental health treatment for clients in intensive case management programs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
