**Job Requirements:**
- Master of Social Work or Counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university.
- 3000 hours of post-graduate experience.
- State of Wisconsin license.
- State of Wisconsin letter of approval as "provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic."
**Skills and Abilities:**
- Possesses the training, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform the following activities:
- Evaluation, treatment, and/or patient care for patients in one or more of the following age groups: pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
- Lead With Optimism
- Master of Social Work or Counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university.

- State of Wisconsin license.
