We’re hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong financial benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing mental health care to patients up to age 18. You’ll split your time between Easton and Allentown while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team that allows you to stay focused on patient care.

• You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license
• You have 2+ years of clinical counseling experience with children and adolescents
• You’re comfortable providing mental health care to patients up to age 18
• You’re skilled in DSM-5 diagnostics and treatment planning
• You have experience providing evidence-based therapy
• You value compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
• You thrive in a collaborative outpatient environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $68,224–$81,868
• Health insurance premiums starting at $16.15 biweekly
• Employer-paid life insurance up to $300,000
• 20 days PTO
• Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match
