Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1600.00

RRT/CRT needed for 13 weeks in Chicago, IL with a 10/26 start date.

Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS: 2+ yrs exp; Recent pediatric experience in an acute or transitional care environment. Graduate of an AMA-approved program of respiratory care education required. Familiarity with a variety of mechanical ventilators required. CRT required, RRT preferred, Basic Life Support certification required; PALS and or NPS preferred. Illinois licensure required. Pediatrics experience required. CPR required: Only certifications issued by the American Heart Association will be accepted. Performs clinical duties of the Respiratory Care Practitioner consistent with the Hospital mission and scope of care including the administration of therapeutic gases, medicinal and bland aerosols, bronchial hygiene procedures, noninvasive monitoring, and ventilator support.
