Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: 08/05/2019Available Shifts: 10 E/N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1600.00
CODY, WYOMING. START DATE: 8/5/19 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: Evening and night shift 10 hour shifts. 10--hour shifts primarily 1100-2130, but will rotate to evenings on weekends 1500-0130. May work alone. Weekends (every other to every third weekend). Call some weekends from 0130 to 0500 Sunday and Monday morning. REQUIRED SKILLS: 25 bed critical access hospital. NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred, NRP preferred. MUST HAVE 2+ REFERENCES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT IN PROFILE IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Hospital housing available (rate decreased $10 per hour if utilized. Performs or assists will all modalities of respiratory care (SVN, oxygen, incentive spirometry, MDI, Acapella, AccuPAP, ventilator management, EtCO2 monitoring, CPAP, BiPAP, ABGs, i-STAT analyzers, pulmonary scoring protocol, suctioning, Aerogen continuous nebs, Vapotherm high flow oxygen, Infant Bubble CPAP) Meditech EHR. Phillips V60 BiPAP, Phillips 840 ventilators, Vapotherm, Aerogen, BabbiPAP. 3-5 years experience. Cardiopulmonary works throughout the facility all units including surgery and emergency department. Typically there are 2 therapists in house Monday through Friday from 0700-2130. One therapist in house 2130-0700 Monday through Friday and 1 therapist in house Saturday and Sunday from 0500-0130 and call from 0130-0500. DRESS CODE: Scrubs clean and wrinkle free, closed toe shoes. Must be checked off on drawing and running of ABGs through the i-STAT analyzers (required copy of diploma), will be oriented to all forms of therapy.
