Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: 03/04/2019Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $31.00 - 36.00
START DATE: 3/4/2019 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: Varied. REQUIRED SKILLS: Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy; Associates Degree required. Successful completion of the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) written and clinic exams for RRT. Knowledge of specialized care (e.g. bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, ventilator management, arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation, pulmonary function testing, conscious sedation assistance, cardiac stress testing, EEG, Assist with Cardio version, perform all aspects of Respiratory Care to adults, pediatrics and neonates as appropriate. Proper documentation of all therapies required. CPR Required. ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required within one year of hire. Minimum five clinical experience Skills/Knowledge/Abilities. Specialist knowledge in respiratory care and critical care. Patient Assessment Skills.
