SHIFT: 12 HOUR NIGHTS

Required Qualifications
2 RRTs, no CRT. WA License in hand. 4+ years of experience. The licensed Respiratory Therapist works collaboratively with other members of the health care team to implement age specific cardiopulmonary oriented patient care. The therapist ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The therapist demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. He/She remains flexible to changing systems-is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice, and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.
