What You’ll Be Doing:

As the only RT on-site, you’ll enjoy professional independence while still being part of a collaborative and patient-focused care team. You will:

• Manage your own patient caseload.

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments.

• Adjust and monitor ventilator settings.

• Respond to respiratory emergencies.

• Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory equipment.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory care.

• Document in PointClickCare (preferred).

What You’ll Need:

• Valid CA RRT License.

• CPR Certification.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Confidence and experience working independently.

Compensation & Perks:

$45–$55/hour, based on experience.
