StartDate: 08/16/2021Available Shifts: 8/10/12 E/N Pay Rate: $1250.00 - 1600.00
***May be required to float to similar units*** Scrub Color - grey. RRT with active Indiana license. ACLS and BLS required. Patient Ratios - 18-26 points. Type of equipment - V60s & PB980's. EMR - EPIC. ABG's and assist DR. with intubations. NEB TX BIPAP O2 THERAPY. 3 + years of experience AND the most recent 2 years MUST be in a hospital setting ONLY. There is a 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year.***May be required to float to similar units***3 years total experience with 1 year experience in current specialtyCurrent ALCS/BLSNo block scheduling or excessive time off requestsPre Closed prior to submission as these positions are considered “auto offers”Questionnaire to be provided as part of the submittal packet.Abbreviated ComplianceBackground Check within 1 yearState, National and SS CheckOIG, GSA, EPLS & Sex Offender upon hireDrug Screen instant or within 6 monthsTB within one yearComp Exam, Pharm Exam & Skill Checklist- within 1 yearFlu
Required Qualifications
RRT - Indiana license in hand - RRT and BLS required
