- Day Shift
- The NICU Respiratory Care Supervisor functions as a resource to the NICU Respiratory Therapists. The
Supervisor assists the Manager in keeping within fiscal constraints and makes recommendations on
hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations. The Supervisor completes performance appraisals of staff,
promotes continuous staff participation, oversees workload of staff, and identifies staffing requirements.
Provides direct patient care as needed and promotes staff to follow the behavior standards. Assists
in providing professional growth and educational opportunities to staff. Also assists in facilitating and
coordinating the clinical experience for students.
