Registered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)
StartDate: 12/07/2020Pay Rate: $1250.00 - 1600.00

100 bad facility. Must have BLS, ACLS, NRP, valid WA State Resp License. Ventilator/BiPAP critical care experience, Draw/Analyze ABG, ER experience; good assessment skills. 2+ years of experience. 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. 100 beds. EMR is EPIC. Type of equipment - Vents: Servo S & I, LTV 100/1200; V-60 Bipaps Vapotherm, Hi Flow, GEM ABG machines. PREFER: Neonatal resuscitation, CORD ABG analyzing/drawing, bedside bronchs on intubated patients, Ability to do EKGs. Weaning parameters, ABGs, ABGs, Assessment, Rapid responses, Transports of critical patients to procedures/tests. SVNs, CPT, suctioning, proning. Home oxygen assessments, Oxygen titration. Team player who helps and supports team mates. Ability to multitask, and change direction when needed as we are a busy RT department. Scrubs, closed toe shoes.Our RT department has an experienced team at this facility. We currently consist of 17 RTs, with over half of us having worked here greater than 10 years (and at least 5 of us over 20---we all started young!) We cover everything from ICU and ER to med/onc and newborn deliveries. We even have a dedicated Covid Unit of 25 beds (new this year!) We do ECGs, bronchoscopies, and OP EBUS, cardiac stress tests, PFTs. We have a great rapport with our physicians throughout the system, including four pulmonary intensivists who we work closely with. Our department supports each other like family and through the stress, the good days, and the rough days.
