Permanent Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift
$25,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus!
Base Pay: $29.55–$40.00/hour
We are recruiting a Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting permanent opportunity in Central Ohio!
Position Highlights
-
$25,000 sign-on/retention bonus with a two-year commitment.
-
$5/hour night differential.
-
$2/hour weekend differential.
-
Three 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
-
Every third weekend rotation.
-
Growing respiratory department and supportive team.
Schedule: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM.
Responsibilities
-
Provide oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments.
-
Manage ventilators and airway support.
-
Perform arterial blood gas testing.
-
Respond to codes and rapid responses.
-
Provide respiratory care across multiple patient populations.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
-
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
-
Current Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license.
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
-
Two or more years of acute-care experience preferred.
