We're working with a growing hospital in Central Ohio that's looking to add RRTs to its respiratory care department.

Three 12-Hour Shifts: Work three nights per week instead of a traditional five-day schedule.

Every Third Weekend: A predictable weekend rotation.

$25,000 Bonus: Sign-on/retention incentive with a two-year commitment.

Competitive Pay: $29.55–$40.00/hour base, plus a $5/hour night differential and an additional $2/hour weekend differential.

Clinical Variety: Work with ventilators, airway management, respiratory treatments, ABGs, and emergency responses.

Your Role

As an RRT, you'll provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of clinical needs. You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals while helping manage respiratory treatments, ventilator support, and emergency interventions.

What We're Looking For

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license

• Degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP credentials

• Acute-care respiratory experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• 6:30 PM–7:00 AM

• Three 12-hour night shifts weekly

• Every third weekend

• $34.55–$45.00/hour including night differential

• Additional weekend differential when applicable

• $25,000 sign-on/retention bonus
