Schedule: Three 12-Hour Night Shifts | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM

We're recruiting Registered Respiratory Therapists for a growing hospital in North Central Ohio, approximately an hour northeast of Columbus.

This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation, generous shift differentials, and a substantial sign-on/retention bonus.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights

• $25,000 sign-on/retention bonus with a two-year commitment

• $29.55–$40.00/hour base pay

• Additional $5.00/hour night differential

• Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential

• $34.55–$45.00/hour with the night differential

• Full-time, permanent hospital opportunity

Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week

• 6:30 PM–7:00 AM

• Every third weekend rotation

• Approximately 36 scheduled hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions

• Managing ventilators and supporting airway management

• Administering oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments

• Performing arterial blood gas procedures

• Participating in emergency responses, including codes and rapid responses

• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC

• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP credentials

• Two years of acute-care experience preferred
