Job Description
A healthcare organization in Central Ohio is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join its growing respiratory care team!
Position Highlights:

Full-time, permanent position
-
36 hours per week
-
Night shifts: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
-
Every third weekend rotation
-
Competitive compensation with night and weekend differentials

Sign-on/retention bonus available with a two-year commitment

Supportive team in a growing respiratory department
Responsibilities:
-
Provide oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
-
Perform ventilator and airway management
-
Obtain and analyze arterial blood gases
-
Respond to codes and rapid response situations
-
Provide respiratory care to patients across various age groups
-
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
Qualifications:
-
Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
-
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
-
Current Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license required
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
-
2+ years of acute care experience preferred
