Job Description
A healthcare organization in Central Kansas is looking for a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time night shift position.
Position Highlights
- Full-time nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Independently provide prescribed respiratory therapy and evaluate patient response
- Perform respiratory care procedures throughout patient care and critical care areas
- Interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, and adjust care based on patient response
- Perform invasive respiratory procedures with minimal supervision and assistance
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality respiratory care

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Ability to independently assess patients and deliver prescribed respiratory therapy
- Comfortable providing respiratory care in patient care and critical care settings
- Ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition and workload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
