Job Description
Position Highlights
- Full-time night shift with rotating weekends
- Provide respiratory care in an acute care setting
- Manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
- Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
- Evaluate respiratory needs and develop individualized respiratory care plans
- Maintain accurate treatment and patient care documentation
What We’re Looking For
- RRT required
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license
- Completion of a vocational/technical or AMA-approved respiratory care program
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- American Heart Association BLS required
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
