Respiratory Therapist / RRT / CRT (Up to $25k Sign On Bonus)

NEW Respiratory Therapist (CRT / RRT) Opportunities – Full Time

Join a growing healthcare team in beautiful Alaska! We are seeking experienced CRTs and RRTs for a full-time permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, strong bonuses, and relocation assistance.

Schedule:

• 12-hour day shifts

• Rotating weekends

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Pay Range: $39 – $56/hr

• $10,000 bonus for a 1-year commitment

• $25,000 bonus for a 2-year commitment

• Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics

• Mechanical ventilator management

• ABG draws and analysis

• Emergent airway management

• Aerosol therapy and med neb delivery

• EKGs and bedside spirometry

Requirements:

• CRT or RRT credential required

• Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience

• Critical care and pediatric experience required

• Active BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications

Additional Details:

• Floats throughout multiple departments as needed

• Scrubs required (not provided)

• Department orientation provided
