Job Description
NEW Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) Opportunity – Full Time
Join a respected Florida acute-care hospital and Level II Trauma Center offering advanced cardiac care, strong team support, and excellent growth opportunities.
Schedule:

Full-time

Night shifts
-
Rotating weekends
Compensation & Incentives:
-
$20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights with 1+ year of experience and 2-year commitment

Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
Responsibilities:
-
Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short and long-term mechanical ventilation
-
Develop and implement respiratory care plans
-
Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
-
Maintain accurate department and patient records
-
Work independently and support patient care across multiple units
Requirements:
-
Completion of a vocational/technical respiratory care program or Associate degree required
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Active Florida CRT license required
-
BLS certification required
-
ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
-
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred for bonus eligibility
