Job Description

NEW Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Opportunity – Full Time

Join a nationally recognized Florida healthcare facility offering advanced trauma, burn, stroke, and critical care services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Mixed shifts
  • Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient respiratory assessments and document findings
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
  • Assist with airway placement and mechanical ventilation management
  • Monitor ventilated patients and respond to emergent respiratory situations
  • Support transport of ventilator-dependent patients
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary patient care teams

Requirements:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP) credential required
  • Associate degree or vocational respiratory therapy program completion required
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
