NEW Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full Time

An award-winning healthcare system in Connecticut is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the team full-time. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, collaborative environment while making a direct impact on patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess, treat, and manage patients with cardio-pulmonary conditions

  • Deliver respiratory care in both critical care and general patient areas

  • Educate patients and families to support recovery and prevention

  • Safely operate and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment

  • Mentor new therapists and step into charge responsibilities as needed

  • Document care and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

  • MUST be RRT certified

  • Licensed (or eligible) as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Connecticut

  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

  • Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)
