Job Description
Respiratory Therapist – Up to $20K Sign-On - Northern Arkansas
A short-term acute care hospital near Harrison, AR is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join their team.
Respiratory Therapist Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $25–35/hour + 12% night shift differential
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000–$20,000
Respiratory Therapist Schedule:
- Full-Time | 3x12
- Night Shift
Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment for patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Monitor patients, document progress, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with providers
- Respond to emergency situations including Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care, therapies, and equipment use
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
- RRT or CRT; current Arkansas Respiratory License in good standing
- NBRC registration or eligibility as a recent graduate
