Role Overview
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be integral to the respiratory therapy team—providing sophisticated ventilatory support, assisting in critical care interventions, and collaborating closely with physicians and nurses on patient care plans. You’ll manage advanced respiratory equipment, deliver oxygen therapy, and support resuscitation and diagnostic procedures in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
Job Responsibilities

Employ expert knowledge in respiratory therapy, including ventilator management, oxygen delivery, and resuscitation

Assist physicians with respiratory procedures and assessments

Perform advanced patient evaluations and monitor equipment performance

Participate fully in departmental orientation and training programs

Work independently at night, ensuring continuity of care and rapid response to critical situations

Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members and document care accurately
