Join a 221-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center serving Seminole and West Volusia counties. The hospital features the region’s only full-service cardiovascular program including open-heart surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and comprehensive diagnostic services. Additional specialties include orthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, acute inpatient medical rehabilitation, and advanced imaging services.

Role Responsibilities

Perform and document thorough patient respiratory assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure

Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory therapy needs and effectiveness

Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy

Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation

Monitor patient responses, intervene as needed, and communicate with providers for patient safety

Assist with transport of ventilator-dependent patients and respond to emergent airway and ventilation situations
