We're seeking dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our team on the day or night shift.
Position Overview
You’ll provide inpatient respiratory care for a full range of patient populations, from neonates to geriatrics, across multiple departments including:

Compensation & Night Differential
-
Base Pay: $33.99–$49.98/hour (based on experience, education, and skill set)

Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour (for 4+ hours worked between 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Core Responsibilities
-
Deliver respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics
-
Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and provide clinical consults
-
Manage advanced ventilator settings including APRV, AVAPS, and BiPAP weaning
-
Perform adult intubation and arterial line insertion
-
Conduct bedside diagnostics
-
Document accurately using EMR (experience with Meditech preferred)
