Job Description

Position Overview
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory services during the night shift. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and fellow RCPs to manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions, particularly in critical care, emergency, and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol medication delivery

  • Monitor patients’ cardiopulmonary status and assess treatment effectiveness

  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment

  • Respond to Code Blue and other emergency calls

  • Document all treatments, assessments, and changes in patient condition in a timely and accurate manner

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans
