Respiratory Therapist - Permanent and Full-Time Hire

Eligible for up to a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Bonus

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Care Therapist is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating respiratory care services in alignment with hospital standards and department protocols to monitor and enhance patient well-being.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
  • Valid Oklahoma Provisional/Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP) or temporary letter from the Oklahoma Medical Board
  • Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) through the NBRC
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 months of hire
  • 0-6 months of related experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in respiratory care procedures such as medication administration, ventilator management, and intubation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care interventions considering patient demographics and psychosocial factors
  • Monitor and adjust mechanical ventilation settings
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Note:
