Respiratory Therapist
Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Day and Night positions available
Summary: This role provides professional respiratory care to patients across various health conditions. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care. The Level I Therapist oversees patient care for adult ICU populations and all patients requiring respiratory care in general units, including adults, pediatrics, and cystic fibrosis patients. The role requires quick physical response to emergent situations and endurance for repetitive physical movement. Proficiency in adult ICUs and general units is essential, with opportunities to take Charge and/or work in the ED after achieving proficiency.
Experience: New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts available from either 7 am – 7 pm or 7 pm – 7 am. Staff work three shifts a week, totaling 72 hours per pay period. Additionally, staff work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 $10,000 depending on experience
