Requirements:
• Current Respiratory Therapist license – PA
• Two (2) years of respiratory care experience. 1 year minimum of pediatric experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued through an organization that requires hands-on instructor-lead psychomotor skills verification (ex. American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Associate degree According to the CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services) a copy of a diploma or transcript is required as proof of academic achievement for all non-laboratory personnel performing non-waived POC testing.
• Technical Diploma from a Respiratory Care program
• All workers must have proof of full COVID vaccination
• Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification within two (2) years of the date of placement into the position.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
