Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU)
StartDate: 08/04/2019Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1350.00 - 1550.00

START DATE: 4/29/2019 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: 7pm to 7am. REQUIRED: NRP, Mechanical Ventilation and High frequency ventilation experience, 2-3 years NICU experience. PREFERRED: PALS, Delivery Experience. 2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. The Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures in order to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities include: assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas, maintaining airways, ventilator management, insertion of arterial lines, intubations, pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases. NO HEALTHSTREAM MODULES ARE REQUIRED. MUST be able to verify employment up to 7 years or more both clinical and non-clinical.

2 Indiana Licensed NICU Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapists
