Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU)
StartDate: 03/25/2019Available Shifts: 8/10/12 E/N Pay Rate: $31.00 - 36.00

START DATE: 3/25/2019 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: Evening/Night rotating shift. May be required to float per PHS policy to other area facilities (including Seaside & Hood River). REQUIRED SKILLS: MUST HAVE 2+ REFERENCES IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT BY A MANAGER/DIRECTOR/SUPERVISOR. Time off requests must be submitted on the profile cover sheet at time of submission. Any time off requested after offer will have to be worked out between the candidate and the manager when candidate starts and can't be guaranteed. 2+ years of experience. ACTIVE OREGON LICENSE. OB training, NRP, and Critical Care. Orientation is every Monday. All credentialing must be completed 1 week prior to start date.

Oregon Licensed Respiratory Therapist - Certified or Registered
