StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 N Pay Rate: $1700.00 - 2050.00
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS MRI EXPEREINCE.
MUST HAVE WA LICENSE.
MUST HAVE GE MRI EQUIPMENT EXPEREINCE.
MUST HAVE ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE.
MUST HAVE TRAUMA EXPEREINCE.
ORIENATION EVERY MONDAY. Next date 10/28
MUST NOT CURRENTLY BE WORKING IN ANY WAY FOR PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES. IF FORMER EMPLOYEE OF PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES MUST HAVE TERMINATED EMPLOYMENT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO AND BE IN GOOD STANDING.
DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START, NO EXCEPTIONS.
