Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1650.00 - 1950.00

CT Tech needed in OH for 13 weeks.REQUIRED SKILLS: CPR Certification through AHA required. - ARRT RT (R) registry required - CT registry preferred - ODH licensure required ExperienceKnowledge/Skills - Cross-sectional anatomy - Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) - Proficient in Radiology Information System (RIS) and Image Storage - Advanced CT computer applications - Radiation safety

Required Qualifications
*** Level 3 trauma facility*** General Summary/Responsibilities: Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. ***NO CALL REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ***Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree ***Type of degree: Allied Health ***Area of study or major: Radiologic Technology ***CPR Certification required ***ARRT RT (R) registry required ***CT registry preferred ***ODH licensure required EXPERIENCE: Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 YEAR EXP Preferred experience: One year experience or additional training in specialized field of CT; It would be ideal to find someone who can perform both CT and X-RAY
