**Actively seeking a Director Team Member Engagement **

Responsible for identification, recommendation and administration of best practices related to team member relations and all applicable policies and practices. Position also provides oversight and direction to the Spiritual Care Department.
Areas of responsibility include: team member relations, team member engagement, labor assessments and education, creating and maintain an inclusive culture that embraces diversity and is free from harassment and discriminatory practices, providing advice, counsel and coaching to leaders dealing with team member issues.
ADDITIONAL INFO AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree required
- Prior experience in HR / hospital administration strongly preferred
- 8-hour day shifts
- Permanent and full-time position
