Full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist or Special Procedures Technologist needed at a top facility in Florida!

7:00am - 3:30pm
Requires at least 2 years experience in interventional radiology (not only as a diagnostic Rad Tech but must have been or are currently working in interventional radiology).
Florida license, AART, and BLS.
Job Summary: Performs diagnostic, angiographic and interventional imaging procedures in accordance with established procedures under guidance of a qualified physician. Complies with State and Federal regulations for radiation usage and safety. Evaluates and determines diagnostic image quality of recorded images. Provides appropriate and safe patient care. Works positively with all customers to promote employer, patient, and physician satisfaction. Enters charges (tests and supplies) orders, and completes exams. Provides comprehensive patient and family teaching based upon their individualized needs. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Participates in staff/student orientation and training. Performs duties as a Radiologic Technologist as required. May transport non-narcotic medications as directed.
