Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments under physician direction

• Accurately position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment

• Follow radiation safety protocols, departmental standards, and state guidelines

• Monitor patients throughout treatment to ensure safety and comfort

• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology patients

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy OR Associate's Degree in Radiologic Science with Radiation Therapy certification

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Basic understanding of radiation oncology procedures and treatment techniques

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
