Manager of Diagnostic Imaging- Fort Worth, TX

A healthcare organization in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for an experienced Manager of Diagnostic Imaging for a full-time day shift position with no weekends.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, day shift with no weekends

• Leadership opportunity within a 350+ bed Magnet-designated hospital

• Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department

• Manage imaging staff, scheduling, and departmental performance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care imaging leadership experience (within the past year)

• Bachelor's degree required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology

• Current ARRT or ARDMS certification required

• Current Texas State License required

• Current BLS certification required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage departmental operations and maintain quality standards

• Experience developing and leading high-performing imaging teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Radiology Manager or Diagnostic Imaging Manager experience

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

• Hands-on leadership experience supporting clinical imaging operations

• Experience improving imaging workflows, department efficiency, and staff performance
