Job Description
A healthcare organization in Brighton, MA is looking for a Radiology Technologist for an onsite position.
Position Highlights
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations with a high degree of accuracy
- Position and prepare patients for imaging procedures
- Operate radiographic equipment while following proper radiation safety practices
- Help maintain patient flow and image quality throughout the department
- Assist with patient care, transport, and clerical responsibilities as needed
- Overnight availability required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
What We’re Looking For
- Successful completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- Valid Massachusetts State license or temporary license
- ARRT certification, or eligible with one year to obtain
- BLS certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and explain examination procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Radiology staff and other healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
