Looking for a new radiology opportunity?
A healthcare organization in Delaware is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join its imaging team.
Position Highlights
- Full-time opportunity
- Perform diagnostic radiography and a variety of imaging procedures
- Provide high-quality patient care while maintaining radiation safety standards
- Utilize proper positioning, technique, and equipment operation for optimal imaging
- Support patient safety, quality assurance & performance improvement
- Opportunity to work with and assist in teaching radiography students
- On-call, weekend & holiday availability may be required
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in a related field
- Delaware Radiologic Technologist license
- Delaware Radiation license
- BLS certification
- Recent hospital Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of radiologic principles, anatomy, pathology, positioning, and radiation protection
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with radiology information systems
- Strong patient communication and ability to remain calm in emergent situations
