A physician clinic in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area is seeking an experienced Echo Sonographer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a cardiac sonographer looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule in an outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiographic examinations according to established protocols.

• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout examinations.

• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment.

• Accurately document patient information and examination findings.

• Recognize and document relevant cardiac findings.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RDCS certification required

• Appropriate South Carolina credentials/licensure as applicable.

• Previous cardiac sonography experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
