CT Manager – Full time, 8 hour day shifts.

Salary range: $46.05–$61.02.

Oversees daily operations of a high volume CT department within a large medical center. Ensures safe, efficient workflow, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and high quality imaging standards. Requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to function in a fast paced, Level 1 trauma environment.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing CT services, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting departmental initiatives. Ensures optimal patient care, efficient operations, and adherence to all clinical, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CT department staff

• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and scheduling

• Ensure high quality CT imaging and adherence to protocols

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Support Level 1 trauma imaging operations

• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient patient throughput

• Manage performance, training, and competency assessments

• Oversee quality assurance and safety initiatives

• Ensure accurate documentation and use of Epic EMR and PACS

• Coordinate use and maintenance of GE CT scanners

• Support special projects and departmental improvements

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical center imaging modality (Rad Tech, US, CT, MRI, Nuc Med, etc.)

• Experience in fast paced, high acuity environments preferred

• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
